I thank the gentleman from Texas, particularly for bringing out an aspect of Randy Neugebauer's character that has not yet been mentioned tonight. And I might also add, and you know only too well, that he has been an active member of a prayer group here in the House of Representatives as well. So that spiritual aspect, that spiritual character is rightfully shown tonight. I yield to the gentleman from Lubbock, Texas (Mr. Neugebauer), our colleague and Texas friend, whom we honor tonight.
