It prioritizes the National Laboratories' basic research that enables researchers in all 50 States to have access to world-class user facilities, including supercomputers and high-intensity light sources. The bill prevents duplication and requires DOE to certify that its climate science work is unique and not replicated by other Federal agencies. Title VI likewise reauthorizes DOE's applied research and developmental programs and activities for fiscal year 2016 and fiscal year 2017.…”
