The time has come to recognize the man we have been honoring here tonight. Earlier this evening, Congressman Hall broke the record for the eldest Member of Congress to have ever cast a vote in the United States House of Representatives. Actually, Mr. Speaker, every day Ralph Hall sets a record for his service to our country. Mr. Speaker, the time of the Special Order is going to appear to expire in about 5 minutes, and I hope the Speaker might consider wielding a gentle gavel. With that, I look forward to hearing from the gentleman from Texas, the gentleman from Rockwall, Texas, himself, Ralph Hall.
