Mr. Chairman, this amendment ensures that the commercial space industry is not pigeonholed into specific vehicle designs. By allowing different types of vehicles to be included in the launch license flexibility regime, we will allow the industry to grow, innovate, and continue to improve safety designs. This amendment is reasonable and consistent with the spirit of the license flexibility provisions of the underlying bill. I support the gentleman's amendment, and I yield back the balance of my time.
