Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: environmental programs and management Sec. __. Of the funds provided for ``Environmental Protection Agency--Environmental Programs and Management'', not more than $1,713,500 may be available for the Immediate Office of the Administrator and not more than $3,581,500 may be available for the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Relations and the aggregate amount otherwise provided under such heading is reduced by $2,735,000.
