Let me state the facts directly from FEMA, those on the ground and working: ``FEMA's disaster account has sufficient funding to ensure disaster aid to those victims of Tropical Storm Allison flooding. FEMA assures those in Texas, Louisiana, Florida, fighting to recover now, that FEMA stands ready and able to help them.'' This issue deals with affecting future response efforts and our ability to help them.
