the truth and facts are that when one is laid off, they do not pay into Social Security. If they do not have a job, they do not pay to preserve Medicare. If there is no means of income, they are not helping balancing this budget, they are not paying for the war, they are not paying down our debts. The economy strengthens our government and strengthens all these programs. That is what this bill is all about.
