Madam Chair, very briefly, my friend from Georgia is a good man. I am surprised there aren't regulations about when you can send your kids up to clean their rooms again. Look, this is just saying to Washington: tell us what your goal is-- how you are going to measure it and if you achieve it--before you put this red tape on our local businesses.
