I want to thank the gentleman from Pennsylvania again for his leadership on this bipartisan jobs issue. Again, the focus on creating jobs in communities in Pennsylvania by finding new customers is key to the growth of our economy and America's wealth. Tom Reed is a new member of the Ways and Means Committee who has quickly established himself as one of our brightest stars on trade. He understands it means jobs to New York, and he knows that it means jobs to America as well. Earlier this year, he helped lead a letter from our freshman Republicans to the White House insisting the President submit these three agreements so we have a chance to compete and win around the world in these growing new markets. I am proud to yield to a friend and a fellow member of the Ways and Means Committee, Mr. Reed of New York.
