I appreciate the gentleman from Nebraska talking about the lost opportunities of delayed trade and the job opportunities of passing these three agreements with South Korea, Colombia and Panama, all of whom are dynamic economies we ought to be competing in. I'm glad at this moment to yield to a gentleman from Illinois, a State that understands the importance of competing and winning around the world and that does so successfully.
