I appreciate the gentleman from Illinois, who comes from a State that understands trade means jobs. And I appreciate his leadership and effort in this area. Minnesota is also a State that is growing and recovering from this economy because it knows how to sell American throughout the world, especially in medical technology and a number of other key sectors. I'm glad to yield to the gentleman from Minnesota (Mr. Paulsen), a key member of the Ways and Means Committee.
