In the last two years, if you look at the seven, technically eight bills, that have gone to the White House and been signed by the President that raised taxes, $625 billion, almost as much as this tax increase they voted to do yesterday, $625 billion, can anyone wager how much of that money went to reduce the deficit? The answer is zero.
