On Friday, the House will meet at 9 a.m. for legislative business. Last votes of the week are expected no later than 3 p.m. Mr. Speaker, the House will consider a few suspensions on Tuesday and Wednesday, a complete list of which will be announced by the close of business tomorrow. In addition, Mr. Speaker, I expect the House to consider H.R. 45, a bill sponsored by Representative Michele Bachmann, to fully repeal ObamaCare. We will also consider H.R. 1062, the SEC Regulatory Accountability Act, authored by Representative Scott Garrett. This bill requires the SEC to conduct cost benefit analysis on any rulemaking to ensure that the benefits outweigh the costs.
