This White House, this government, is forcing them overseas. Again, as you pointed out, those are not only U.S. energy workers but U.S. energy that's leaving with Cobalt. Davis-Lynch, Incorporated has locations throughout Lafayette, Houston, Corpus Christi. This moratorium leaves them no alternative other than to implement another reduction in their workforce.
