The text of the motion is as follows: Mr. Brady of Texas moves that the House concur in the Senate amendment to H.R. 2029 with the amendments specified in section 3 of House Resolution 566. The text of House amendment No. 2 to the Senate amendment to the text is as follows: At the end of House amendment #1, insert the following: DIVISION Q--PROTECTING AMERICANS FROM TAX HIKES ACT OF 2015 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE, ETC. (a) Short Title.--This division may be cited as the ``Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes Act of 2015''. (b) Amendment of 1986 Code.--Except as otherwise expressly provided, whenever in this division an amendment or repeal is expressed in terms of an amendment to, or repeal of, a section or other provision, the reference shall be considered to be made to a section or other provision of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
