I appreciate the gentleman from Washington making the point that Korea is such an important growing market in the Asia Pacific region. If America hopes to continue economic growth and to have the strongest economy in the world, we must engage in that region of the world, and the free trade agreement working group that Mr. Reichert heads here in the House is critical to that. I would now like to introduce the gentleman from Louisiana, Dr. Charles Boustany, a valuable member of the Ways and Means Committee, who is so strong on trade, and comes from a State that understands trade means jobs, and I yield to Dr. Boustany.
