I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 3, line 8, before the period insert ``, and shall include and consider all such subdivisions in any environmental review conducted and statement prepared for such program under section 102(2) of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (42 U.S.C. 4332(2))''. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 274, the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Brady) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Texas.
