In Texas, where Attorney General Ken Paxton is running for Senate, Paxton has unveiled a preposterous four-point plan to regulate the industry that would make data centers criminally liable for the products their AI customers make.

It is outrageous that Talarico is attacking the Attorney General for growing up in a military family, claiming that if you weren’t born in Texas you aren’t a Texan.

My agenda is very simple: I believe every Texan should be able to buy a home, raise a family, and live a healthy life without struggling to make ends meet.
