The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. 435. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the Equity Action Plan of the Department of Housing and Urban Development established pursuant to Executive Order 13985 entitled ``Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government''.
