The Clerk read as follows: Ms. Granger moves to recommit the bill H.R. 7608 to the Committee on Appropriations with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith with the following amendment: Page 33, line 10, after the dollar amount, insert ``(increased by $102,500,000)''. Page 35, line 22, after the dollar amount, insert ``(reduced by $102,500,000)''. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to the rule, the gentlewoman from Texas is recognized for 5 minutes in support of her motion.
