When we talk about our Commerce-Justice-Science we look at--and my colleague from Florida talked about this--$22 million for investigations into building collapses. We saw the horror of those scenes every day and every night in the sadness of families who were not able to say goodbye to loved ones who were caught in the rubble of that collapse.…”
