Mr. Chairman, this amendment provides a modest increase in the training budget for the Special Operations Command. Like my colleague, I want to make sure that our soldiers are able to deal with any contingency that may confront them. Our Special Forces deploy to some of the most austere and unique environments in the world. We should do all that we can to ensure their success. Mr. Chairman, I ask my colleagues to support this amendment, and I yield back the balance of my time.
