The investigation did not establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian Government.

But he damn sure shouldn't be below the law, which is where Volume II of this report puts him.

This certainly should not be a partisan issue. We should all be able to address in the spirit of bipartisanship.
