I would have preferred with someone with military background or intelligence background leading DHS.

I think on the military front and the intelligence front, the pause that allowed that to happen, I think will go away.

It's the Trump effect. Everywhere I go, everyone I talk to... want to do more with the United States.

I want us to have all of the tools necessary to go on offense against our adversaries in the cyber community.
