I would simply say this to the comments by the gentleman from Indiana [Mr. Burton] just a moment ago, and the others preceding him, that the fact of the matter is that campaign money goes into a campaign, and the money we are talking about here in one way or another ends up in our pockets, or relieves us of an expenditure. I think that is the difference. I would say one additional thing, we are also well underway here with a dramatic revision of the campaign laws, so it is not as though we are not paying attention to that.
