I really wonder if the gentleman understands what we are saying is what the gentleman has done is provide that the Attorney General under his provision has 15 days in order to determine whether there is sufficient evidence of a violation. And the statute has always said that they have 15 days to determine if there is a specific allegation from a credible source, and if there is, then there is a 90-day period in which an investigation takes place. I do not think the gentleman realizes the effect of the words he has written.
