I would like to say in conclusion if you vote for the Berman amendment, what you get is a system which the gentleman from Pennsylvania had planned to add on to the Goodlatte amendment that would instead be the bill that would say we are going to get rid of these frivolous cases in the first 90 days, but you would not leave us in the situation if you voted for the Berman amendment, you would not have the situation of going through the 90-day process and then facing losing your life's savings because you brought a meritorious case but for some reason or other you happened to lose that.
