the work that you do and the grants that you award, the scientific research that is conducted by universities and researchers across the country, should be driven by the facts and the sciences and all of us should do everything we can to eliminate political considerations from those decisions.

It is putting their lives at risk. These poor kids and these young parents had to come from Central America and Guatemala under threat of assault, rape, murder in order to get here.
