I strongly support the amendment. I will work with Mr. Roskam as the CFO of the DOJ and do whatever is necessary to help make sure they review these cases rapidly and return people's money to their rightful owners. Once again, Mr. Roskam has brought a great amendment to the House floor. I look forward to working with him to ensure that his intent is implemented as quickly as possible. Mr. Chairman, I urge Members to support the amendment, and I yield back the balance of my time.
