Very quickly, we are talking about those States where it is already permitted--either medical marijuana is in Colorado, and I think Washington State has already permitted it. It is a 10th Amendment issue. It is something that is left up to the States, but we are talking about federally-funded facilities, and that is the concern here, in a federally-funded facility, where it is illegal under Federal law, that is the problem.
