I want to acknowledge and thank the gentleman from Oregon for his long labors and support of this important work to identify and cure these invisible injuries that many of our soldiers have suffered as a result of concussion, as a result of the circumstances of battle in which they find themselves. We appreciate your good work, sir, and I will continue to work with you. I thank you for the amendment. I have no objection.
