If the gentleman will yield, I would point out I have a software application on here called Dragon Naturally Speaking. You just talk into it and it transcribes it instantly. As we used to say, ``Get with the nineties,'' get with the modern era and just download a few apps on the computers. We will bird-dog them relentlessly. That is absurd.
