I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 249, after line 14, insert the following: (2) in subsection (c)(1)-- (A) in subparagraph (B)(ii) by striking ``and'' at the end; (B) in subparagraph (B)(iii) by striking the period and inserting ``; and'' ; and (D) by adding at the end of subparagraph (B) the following: ``(iv) the applicant shall have a current operating ratio, as such ratio is set forth by the Federal Transit Administration using the ratio of current assets to current liabilities, of 1:1.''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 512, the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Culberson) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Texas.
