But I wanted to also make the point, Madam Speaker, make sure all Americans listening understand, Congressman Brady, that this moratorium is not just shutting down deepwater drilling. All of the companies that we have visited with, all of the industries that are involved with drilling and producing, finding, drilling, producing oil and gas in the offshore waters of the United States are telling us that this moratorium has had the effect of shutting down and stopping all permitting in shallow as well as deep water.
