Yes, but the ATF was attempting to use--the statute says you cannot use armor-piercing ammunition that includes depleted uranium, beryllium, and it has some very specific things. As Mr. Massie said, the Congress was focused on the content of the bullet, rather than what type of weapon it could be used in.
