Alito, Jr. to be an Associate Justice on the United States Supreme Court. Judge Alito has a long and distinguished career as a public servant, a practicing attorney, and a Federal jurist. He currently serves as a justice on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the very same Circuit where he began his career as a law clerk for Judge Leonard I. Garth.
