What else is the Air Force doing to help facilitate competition in the sustainment of major weapon systems?

It is just unacceptable, and we are going to have continuing problems unless you and I can work out some solution.

But, of course, we are all volunteers here and no one is holding a gun to our head and making us do these jobs.

The time for talk is running out and now it is time for action.
