I think I am prepared to vote no, but I do think I owe it to my constituents and to Mr. Blanche to try to negotiate in good faith.

He’s lazy and doesn’t raise money. And he basically is not offering a very compelling case for his election.

All we had the authority to do what we did, and I think did the best we could.
