Secretary Mabus, it is my understanding that the Navy is considering using at least some of the 48 V-22 Osprey tilt rotors in the current program of record to replace the aging C-2A Greyhound carrier on-board delivery aircraft and has looked closely at the V-22 in their analysis of alternatives (AOA).
