I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation be discharged from further consideration of S. 7 and that the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 7) to amend title 51, United States Code, to extend the authority of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to enter into leases of non-excess property of the Administration. There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
