I was told--and, indeed, I think everyone is operating under the impression this is going to be an open amendment process--we would have debate on important issues. This happens to be relating to the establishment of a sunset commission, such as that which was recommended by the fiscal commission appointed by the President of the United States and which enjoyed broad bipartisan support.
