I appreciate the leadership of the Senator from Maine on this issue, and in her typical diligence and attention to detail, I think she has shown that the objections to a vote on the Collins amendment, which would be scheduled for Saturday unless moved up, are not well-taken. I would ask the Senator from Maine whether her interpretation of the President's Executive action in November of 2014 is any different from what the President himself said 22 different times, when he said he did not have the authority to issue such an Executive action?
