Mr. President, I have a correction. My staff told me I undercounted $14 trillion. I asked ahead of time, but we actually got the number wrong. The number I have on the chart is actually three zeros too few. So just to make sure the record is correct, that is 12 zeros after the ``14.'' That reflects our national debt. I would like to say I made the mistake and it was actually lower, but it actually is much higher, which I think reinforces my point. Thank you, Mr. President. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
