Mr. President, I wish to say very briefly--I know the distinguished chairman of the Finance Committee is on the floor to speak on an important matter--I would like to express my gratitude to the majority leader for his determination to see this Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act come to completion in the Senate, which it will this afternoon. It would not have happened without his determination to make it happen. Amendment No. 1120 Withdrawn
