There are too many barriers to military service members and their families voting.

As Congress and the courts have repeatedly affirmed, voting is a citizen's most fundamental right.

If our soldiers can risk their lives for us, we can at least allow them to vote.

Judges are not here to make policy. We leave that to you all and to the President. Our job is to apply and interpret the law.
