The problem is, if it passes here, then the House is gone and we get a shutdown on Friday.
I’ve talked to him about it a number of times. He is not ready to make that endorsement.
I don’t believe there’s going to be an amendment vote on the short term CR, I could be wrong.
I’d like to see the law go into effect.
