John Cornyn: “I believe Senator Collins has advocated for a long time in a piece of legislation”

We are pleased that the Department of Justice has issued a formal order terminating the anti-weaponization fund.

If this were just between me and Todd Blanche, we would have worked this out, but, apparently, he’s getting some pushback from higher-ups at the White House. I don’t know who, but it doesn’t need to be this hard.

Judge Garland's extensive legal experience makes him well-suited to lead the Department of Justice, and I appreciated his commitment to keep politics out of the Justice Department.

That order has been rescinded, and so that’s gone away.
