“Mr. President, as we discuss our efforts to support an effort that started in the House to defund ObamaCare in this legislation, I want to start by congratulating my colleague Senator Cruz on his remarkable 21-hour performance. We have heard at least from some of the major organized labor organizations in America--people like Richard Trumka, who said that ObamaCare is killing the 40-hour workweek.
