I think this is a positive step today, the fact that we have got a draft bill on No More Solyndras. It is a good bill.
There has never, until this loan, been a taxpayer-backed loan that was subordinated.
I would hope on a bipartisan basis one thing we can agree on is that we are not going to allow subordination.
