I want to talk about the ability of our pilots to carry firearms in the cockpit. As I understand it, the section of the bill that deals with that is entitled ``Flight Deck Security'' and I am going to read what I think is the language: The pilot of a passenger aircraft operated by an air carrier, an air transportation or intrastate air transportation is authorized to carry a firearm into the cockpit if, number 1, the Under Secretary of Transportation for Transportation Security approves; number 2, the air carrier approves; number 3, the firearm is approved by the Under Secretary; and number 4, the pilot has received proper training for the use of the firearm as determined by the Secretary. Is that the language in the pending bill?
